"Sinner" is a song by American rock band Drowning Pool and is from their debut album of the same name. Serving as the first track on the album, the song also was released as the third single from the album. It is the last single to feature Dave Williams as lead vocalist before his death the following day. The track served as the theme song of the film The One, starring Jet Li. This was also the theme song of WWE Vengeance 2001.

Drowning Pool

Drowning Pool is a post-grunge band from Dallas, Texas, which currently consists of vocalist Jasen Moreno, guitarist C.J. Pierce, bassist Stevie Benton and drummer Mike Luce. After the release of their debut album, Sinner, vocalist Dave "Stage" Williams died in 2002 from heart disease. Jason Jones replaced Dave in 2003, which recorded one album, Desensitized, but left in 2005 due to irreconcilable differences. Ryan McCombs of SOiL later replaced Jason and released two albums, Full Circle and Drowning Pool. However, Ryan left the band in 2011 to rejoin SOiL. Jasen Moreno was announced as Ryan's replacement in 2012. more »
