Forecast does say more bad weather
But they don't know nothing, don't know never
Don't know nothing, don't know nothing, don't know never
Mare run 'round like a bad thing coming, bad thing coming, don't know nothing
Don't know nothing, rain keep coming, won't stop ever
Take my pills but I still get sicker, still get sicker, won't stop ever
Won't stop ever, still get sicker, don't feel better

I still got faith, I still got hope
We still got time, we still got soul

I could use some good news
Blue jeans, green lights, brighter views
I could use some good news, good news
To pull me through
Couldn't you, pull me through?
I could use some good news, good news

Sold my soul but I won't stop running
Won't stop running, just won't let up
Won't stop running, rain keep coming, just won't let up
Won't come back so I drink that liquor
Drink that liquor, don't feel better
Don't feel better, but still feel crazy, keep my head up

I still got faith, I still got hope
We still got time, we still got soul

I could use some good news
Blue jeans, green lights, brighter views
I could use some good news, good news
To pull me through
Couldn't you pull me through?
I could use some good news, good news

Sitting on the edge of the world
Side of the road, how did we get here?
So far pull up in the getaway car
I'm ready to go, ready to start things over
Trying not to live in the past
I'm looking ahead, no one could be my own best friend
I wanna get in the car, I'm ready to go
I'm ready to start things over

I could use some good news
I could use some good news
To pull me through
Couldn't you pull me through?
I could use some good news, good news

Sitting on the edge of the world
Side of the road, how did we get here so far?
Pull up in the getaway car
I'm ready to go, ready to start things over
Trying not to live in the past
I'm looking ahead, no one could be my own best friend
I wanna get in the car, I'm ready to go
I'm ready to start things over
Sitting on the edge of the world
Side of the road, how did we get here so far?
Pull up in the getaway car
I'm ready to go, ready to start things over
Trying not to live in the past
I'm looking ahead, no one could be my own best friend
I wanna get in the car, I'm ready to go
I'm ready to start things over
