Lathan Moses Stanley Echols is 19 years old. Lathan was born in Seattle, Washington on January 25th, 2003. Known professionally as Lil Mosey he is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Lathan became Lil Mosey in 2016 when he was in the 8th-grade; he made the music video "pull up" and it went viral.
