It was released in May 2012 as the fourth and final single from Shelton's 2011 album Red River Blue. The song reached number one on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in September 2012. It was originally released in 2007 as a track on Burn Out Bright, the debut and only album released by Jenkins's band, The Royce.

Blake Tollison Shelton (born June 18, 1976) is an American country singer-songwriter and television personality. In 2001, he made his debut with the single "Austin".
