The Replacements

The Replacements are an American punk rock band formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1979, and are considered pioneers of alternative rock. The band was composed of guitarist and vocalist Paul Westerberg, guitarist Bob Stinson, bassist Tommy Stinson, and drummer Chris Mars for most of their career. Hit it, Bob

Sittin' at home, and I'm so excited
Goin' to the party though we weren't invited
Times ain't tough, they're tedious

Get up, hayday
My little hayday
Your hayday
Mama, mama, hayday

Idiots act like geniuses
Every genius act like idiots
[Incomprehensible]

Hayday
My hayday
Stop hayday
Mama, mama, hayday

It ain't gonna last
Ain't your last
It ain't gonna last

It's my hayday
My little hayday
It's your hayday
My little hayday

My hayday
Your hayday
My hayday
Babadaba, hayday

It's your hayday
It's my hayday
