Written and produced by Sarah Connor, Rob Tyger and Kay Denar, it was released as the album's lead single on 8 November 2004. The song samples Céline Dion's 1997 hit single "My Heart Will Go On". The single reached number one in Germany and Switzerland, becoming Connor's third consecutive chart-topper on the German Singles Chart and fourth overall. Thus, the singer was the first German artist to accomplish this since Modern Talking in the mid-1980s.
