Have I told you lately that I love you
Have I told you there's no one above you
Fill my heart with gladness
Take away my sadness
Ease my troubles, that's what you do

Oh the morning sun in all its glory
Greets the day with hope and comfort too
And you fill my life with laughter
You can make it better
Ease my troubles that's what you do

There's a love that's divine
And it's yours and it's mine
Like the sun
At the end of the day
We should give thanks and pray to the One

Have I told you lately that I love you
Have I told you there's no one above you
Fill my heart with gladness
Take away my sadness
Ease my troubles, that's what you do

There's a love that's divine
And it's yours and it's mine
And it shines like the sun
At the end of the day we will give thanks and pray to the One

Have I told you lately that I love you
Have I told you there's no one above you
Fill my heart with gladness
Take away my sadness
Ease my troubles, that's what you do

Take away my sadness
Fill my life with gladness
Ease my troubles that's what you do
Fill my life with gladness
Take away my sadness
Ease my troubles that's what you do

HELLO ALL CURRENT & COMING PAIRINGS FOR LIFE

this is coming to you from Jack in New Zealand in Memory of my Other Half, Katharine (June 17, 1962-December 17, 1996) and is dedicated to the following Free Friends I care for & want to encourage in their Pairings For Life:

CURRENT: Young & May, New Zealand; Rain & Husband, China.

SOON TO COME: Ray & Tina, China; Oliver & Deborah, Africa.

SINGLES PREPARING: Steve & Gbenga, Africa; Paul, China; Khai, New Zealand.

I was listening to a favorite song by the Irish singer Van Morrison
“Have I Told You Lately That I Love You”

and I was thinking of the various “Pairings” (Committed Couples) I have known and now know--those who have been years in their Pairing and new ones just ready to enter into the Pairing Process as well as Singles who I am hoping will soon find Partners to begin their Pairing For Life.

It seems “Love is in the Air” as two new Pairs are intending to soon commit themselves to a “Pairing For Life”, so congratulations to Raymond and Tina in Beijing, China and Oliver and Deborah in Nairobi, Kenya.

This Van Morrison song went public in 1989 the year Katharine, my Other Half, and I met. Katharine and I developed two “Whole Great Love” habits that I recommend you consider establishing:

1.On at least 4 days every week after work in the evenings we would embark on a leisurely, 20 to 30 minute walk, often holding hands, sharing our day’s events and experiences.

2.(I recommend to the men that you initiate this) Every morning when I woke the first thing I would do; and every night just before I closed my eyes for sleep the last thing I would do: I would turn to Katharine, and whether she was asleep or awake, I would whisper “I love you”. I have found many men find it difficult to say these 3 words that most women very much want said to them often.

Below are the lyrics to the Van Morrison song, and they include these words:
    “There's a Love That's Divine & It's Yours & It's Mine & It Shines Like The Sun”

Early on after I met Katharine in 1989 I called her “My Sunshine”. We both loved this song by Van Morrison and would listen to it together. I still have a hand drawn yellow sticky note upon which Katharine drew (she was a superb watercolor painter) a smiling sun radiating lines of light next to these words:
“Love is like Sunshine!! We are shining on YOU.”

Katharine and I were both Voluntaryists (all Governments are Unnecessary Evils, become your own sole Authority); Atheists (host no imaginary Ghosts as Gods); and Humanists (because Death is Necessary Make Life Sufficient). We agreed with one of our favorite philosophers, Baruch Spinzoa: “Man is a God to Man.” We made our Relationship Itself our “Divine Interdependency”, 1 + 1 = 3—our “Whole Great Love” was much more than the sum of its two Part Halves.

I hope all of you will work and play at the “Art of Loving” so you too can in your older age praise the Dice of Life as I do for my good fortune for meeting my
