Therefore the people citizens are morally justified

At a moment's a minute's or an emergency's notice
For the purpose of defeating
Threats from a foreign power
An unlawful power
Or a hypocritical government
To ensure that this is not infringed
The Citizens shall be given the same exemptions
That are given to the military and law enforcement agencies
And the armed guards of any and or all politicians of the United States of America
