It's ironic how I'm judged upon my street credit
But on the outside looking in I'd be a criminal
And all my life I've been told I've been so typical

People come in out my life

I wish someone would care to ask what I was doing
You'd be shocked to find the type of things that I'm pursuing

But never how I'm moving
Everything is so amusing
But never abusing

But I'm not depressed
I walk around with a frown

Better yet
I hide emotions pretty well
So you'd never even tell
How truly emotional I can get
Maybe cause it's easier to put on a facade
But what's the point of a performance without an applause
And when you guard yourself in pursuit of a new award
You lose yourself and forget in what you trying for

Where I'm supposed to go
Others define that phase being a free spirit
Truthfully I'm confused

Expectations and motivations
Cloud our judgement
The heart and the brain
Both working both coincide
