I fasted for thirty days and, I started with fruit then juice then water
And after three days I felt like, I need food
But, I kept going, I pushed myself
Seven days, ten days past, twenty days and eventually my hunger for food
Turned into hunger for more, like, like there's more
It's not my belly or my body that needed to eat, but my spirit was hungry
My being
For purpose
If I don't believe in me, no one will believe in me
And if i'm gonna make my dreams real
I gotta hunt them down like it's my last meal
Yeah I've never hunted animals or game for sport
Hell, I barely eat animal products
But, but since that moment of fasting, since that moment
I, became, a hunter
My purpose, my goals, dreams, that's my prey

And it, It took for me to remove the distractions in my life
And these distractions I never knew they were distractions
Until they weren't there
And I fasted, I fasted even from social media
So the only story that I would watch like, or double tap on It was my own story
It was my own god-like voice howling at the moon of my heart
And I heard it, as the earth around me was on mute, I heard it
When you hear it, listen
If I don't believe in me, no one will believe in me
And If i'm gonna make my dreams real
I gotta hunt them down like it's my last meal
Become a hunter
Your weapon is not a shotgun, its not a bow and arrow, it's not even a spear

Your weapon is your gift, it's your talent your skill
And when you hunt use your weapon and aim it
We're not aiming at deer, not birds it's your purpose
That's your target
And you may not hit the target the first time
