You're on your back again
I'm staring at the flats again
You asked if we should keep the curtains closed
I said no, baby no, baby no
You're on your back again
I'm staring at the flats again
You asked if we should keep the curtains closed
I said no, baby no, baby no
Sheets meet violet
Splendour in her flesh
Sun drowned in its firmament
And our reticence is put to rest
Knees keep memories
And I just cannot sleep
Oh I am a young man
And young men are full of it
You're on your back again
I'm staring at the flats again
You asked if we should keep the curtains closed
I said no, baby no, baby no
