Been breaking chalk for many years now
Educating talks, so many of ‘em now
Several places, special cases, served in there
Distant bases, Different races, done this I swear
In the jungles of mangoes in Lukulu
Kachaka’s district it is true
In a school across the Zambezi called Ngomangulu
I had to navigate the river in a canoe
So I know the struggles and seen the troubles
Of been in the jungles, sometimes I stumble
The road ain’t perfect so sometimes I tumble
But I gotta reach and teach, so I shouldn’t crumble
St John’s, I gave em lessons over there
St Joseph’s, I gave em lessons over there
Linda Sec, I gave em lessons over there
La Digue, I give em lessons over here
