What hope now can change my course?
Throughout persuasion or the hand of force

The voices add to my delusion
Turning and twisting, the beast in me
Fighting to reveal what I can't see 

Sliding the slugs into place
With trembling hands, confounded pace 
For all the hate, I hold inside
Stop this now or commit my crime

The path to freedom they say is straight
Loose the hate and have some faith
Who will lead me to this path?
A soulless heart, a son to wrath!

Here I stand upon the brink
I unsure of what to think
Strapped and loaded the time has come
Uneasy I am with what I've become

Who will mend this broken mind?
Left in shambles so far behind
Evil embedded has left me scarred 
Caution of all, however far
