You seem so driven day to day, like there's some final prize.  For me it's hard to just ignore that it's all improvised.

I'm just here in the now.  It's the only place I'll ever be and yet I'm always trying to get out.  I whine about how the present moment isn't one of comfort and I'm constantly in doubt. I scream and shout, fighting nihilism, cynicism, existential dread until I'm out of my head.

The end is not within your view, you add and cross your list.  The future seems so short to me; trying seems like a risk.

I don't know what they're chasing.  I Wish that I could see it it too, just surviving, not the fittest.
(ooooh) I'm Hanging onto...not sure what.  I'm wishing I was breaking through.  Then I'd do it, I don't know what.

My love for life just crawled away, it left while I was navel gazing.  My hard drive gives out by mid morning, ego is oh so so amazing.
