Chris Cornell was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. He was the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the rock band Soundgarden and later became known as the frontman for Audioslave. Cornell was known for his powerful vocals and his distinctive singing style. He had a successful solo career as well, releasing several albums. Cornell is considered one of the most influential and talented rock musicians of his generation. Unfortunately, he tragically passed away in 2017.
