Julius James popularly known as Fresh caps (born November 20, 2000) in Michika , Adamawa state of Nigeria. He is a versatile hip-hop artist whose life is musical to the max. His musical genres are Hip-hop/rap, R&B/soul and pop music. His lyrics focuses on themes of love, motivation, inspiration, aspiration, loss and desire. Fresh caps struggled at the beginning of his career. He faced a lot of challenges but soon became a global icon. His mom told him to believe and have faith in himself. He should always count God better than everything and make him his top priority. Fresh started music at the age of 15 during his teenage years by singing and dancing to Michael Jackson's videos. At the age of 19, he lost his beloved dad. Fresh had to spend 70% of his pocket money in school to record a song in the studio. When he discovered Bandlab and the distribution arm 'Reverbnation,' he spent all day learning music. He released his first song 'Birthday' which attracted major record labels to his artist profile.
