Tupac Amaru Shakur, also known by his stage names 2Pac and Makaveli, was an American rapper and actor, was born on June 16, 1971 in East Harlem, New York to parents Afeni Shakur and Billy Garland. He was shot on September 13, 1996 and died at the University Medical Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. He also starred in several movies such as Juice, Poetic Justice, Above the Rim, Tupac: Resurrection, and MORE. He is considered by many to be one of the greatest rappers of all time.
