Julie London (born Gayle Peck; September 26, 1926 – October 18, 2000) was an American singer, actress and game show panelist of the 1960s and 1970s. She was best known for her smoky, sensual voice. In the three and a half decades of her acting career, she co-starred opposite Gary Cooper in Man of the West (1958). Before her retirement, she later achieved renewed success with the female lead role of nurse Dixie McCall in the 1970s medical drama Emergency! Moments like this make me thrill through and through
Careless moments like this close to you
Nonchalantly we'd dine and we'd dance
Yet my heart seems to melt in your grace

Sweet moments like this with the soft lights aglow
Make me long for your kiss though I know
I'd be just one of all your affairs
But at moments like this, who cares

I'd be just one of all your affairs
But at moments like this, who cares.
