"Playas Gon' Play" is the second and final single from 3LW's self-titled debut album 3LW. The single was released in May 2001. Although it was a favorable song among fans, the song only peaked at number 81 on the Billboard Hot 100. It performed moderately on the UK Singles Chart where it peaked just outside the top twenty at number 21. Billboard named the song number 89 on their list of 100 Greatest Girl Group Songs of All Time.

3LW (initialism of "3 Little Women") was an American hip hop soul and R&B girl group that enjoyed a number of modest hits during the early 2000s.
