Jerry Mires (b. December 28, 1977) is an American professional wrestler, known by his ring name J-Rocc, who is based in Midwest independent promotions the International Wrestling Cartel,Velocity Pro Wrestling, Rampage Pro Wrestling and Firestorm Pro Wrestling and has also appeared in the IWA Mid-South, the Heartland Wrestling Association and NWA Wildside. He debuted in Cleveland, Ohio in 1998, learned the business under veteran wrestler Tracy Smothers, and has appeared nationally for World Wrestling Entertainment, Total Nonstop Action and Extreme Championship Wrestling; as well as hundreds of independent organizations across the country. He is also known by the moniker "The Big Daddy of Destruction". He is currently a featured performer for the International Wrestling Cartel promotion.
According to his bio in Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Yearly Top 500 magazine: "...J-Rocc has appeared nationally on WWE RAW and SmackDown! brand programming as well as NWA-TNA's syndicated television show XPlosion, made appearances on TNA live PPV events, and has appeared on the TNA nationally broadcast flagship show, IMPACT!, along with Shane Douglas' Hardcore Homecoming ECW Reunion Tour."
